Marisella T. Prada

Beginning her career in corporate law, Marisella later found her passion through litigation. Marisella has litigated significant multi-million dollar cases from San Francisco to New York against top law firms. While traditionally representing parties in business and real estate disputes, Marisella has entered the field of personal injury and helping those who have tragically lost a loved one. 

Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, Marisella has a unique perspective from both sides of the table. Marisella is a compassionate lawyer, while aggressively litigates cases from beginning to end. Notably, she successfully defended and won a trial on an "unclean hands" affirmative defense. Marisella then prevailed on the appeal which resulted in an published decision. 

Marisella grew up in San Jose and loves animals possibly more than people. She loves the outdoors and spends slightly too much time on the golf course.

After graduating from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with an emphasis in Pre-Law, Marisella earned a Juris Doctor degree from University of San Francisco Law School. Marisella was on the moot court board during law school and consistently ranked in the top percentage of oral advocates during competitions.
